Creating a clear vision for your home

A popular and cost effective interior design service, loved by DIYers seeking advice when faced with a daunting home renovation.

This is the ideas phase where we start with a big picture and a design direction and it includes colour pallets and visual representations to help create a sanctuary that you have a deep connection with. This concept is best suited for those who trust in our visual expertise.

We start by having a short phone call to get an understanding of the family’s functional requirements, as well as the desired style and feel for each space.

This is followed by an on-site consultation to allow us to view the space, whilst presenting colour pallets and sample finishes. This is where we work with you to better define the style and overall aesthetic which you are wanting to achieve. This will take up to 1.5 hours.

The service culminates in the delivery of a personalised, electronic design concept board, along with associated design advice.

Design Fees (1 Large Room/Space): From $399 + gst


Furniture and decor

Turning a house into a home

Ideal for those seeking advice regarding the selection of furniture and decor and wanting to avoid the hassle of procurement and delivery.

The service starts with an on-site inspection, where we obtain measurements and work with you to get an understanding of the overall feel you would like to create in a space. We will discuss options for furniture, cushions, window treatments, rugs, mirrors, clocks, artwork, linen and accessories.

A personalised, electronic schedule of furniture and decor is then provided and agreed upon, before we take care of the rest and help transform your house into a home.

Service includes managing the procurement and delivery of all the pieces from suppliers at our designer discounted rates.

Design Fees (excludes cost of the furniture and decor):

Designer for a day

We are at your disposal

Our Designer for a Day is a completely customised experience for you. During this 5-6 hour service you will have our designer fully focussed on you and your design needs. 

Prior to our meeting is a 30 minute complimentary phone call to discuss your specific needs and wishes in order for us to plan our time together most efficiently. 

The day is yours to spend with our designer, whether it is out selecting furniture and furnishings, or in your home designing or working on your space. The choice is yours and we will plan your day to be efficient, productive and enjoyable.

Some examples of how you can take advantage of this service:

  1. You have your architectural plans ready to go for you new bathroom and kitchen but you would like advice regarding selection of appliances, fixtures and fittings. You also want to take advantage of the designer discount rate which Rose Renovations has access to. Together we visit appliance showrooms, plumbing fitting showrooms, hardware showrooms, tile showrooms to discuss options and to choose products that bring the design together. 
  2. You have particular rooms you would like to renovate and/or redecorate. We can visit your home to discuss finishes and furniture and then visit furniture showrooms to identify the furniture and accessories you need to bring our ideas to life. 
  3. You have just bought a new home you may wish to utilise the time with us to arrange your furniture in your new spaces, decide where to hang your art, review if you need any new furniture or accessories. We could then go out and visit furniture showrooms to select the furniture and perfect accessories you need to pull your space together. 

The Designer for a Day will typically include a limited follow-up service of some description, depending on what the day together consisted of.  This could include provision of further design advice in the form of an electronic concept board or one-pager of recommendations, or assistance in obtaining material samples or supplier quotes.

Interior design

Bring your space to life

An appealing option for those who are renovating as well as for new-builds – we work alongside home-owners, architects and/or builders to select the best quality fixtures, fittings and finishes – the critical stage where a house transforms into a home with heart.

With your input, we specify finishes and materials for both the exterior and interior of your home, including but not limited to:  

  • Kitchen & bathroom fixtures & fittings
  • Floor and ceiling types/finishes
  • Interior & exterior colour schemes
  • Feature lighting
  • Window treatments
  • Door hardware
  • Furniture & decor

A schedule for trades is also provided to help make this process as smooth and as stress free as possible. 

Design Fees: From $1,499 + gst (depending on project size and complexity)

Project management

The whole hog

Sit back and relax – we will oversee the whole process from design, contactor & product procurement, construction management to handover.

We leverage our skills and expertise to create spaces that reflect great care and attention to detail whilst maximising return on investment for parties involved.

Since this varies greatly on what parties bring to the table and on the investment at hand, personalised proposals are discussed and agreements made between parties involved.

Cleaning services & Deluttering/Reorganising Services

Everything HOME excites us. Sometimes a good clean and some reshuffling/organising can leave your home feeling as good as new. 

We use our own products which are personally made with natural soaps and imported, true essential oils. We strive to use natural as much as we possibly can (however some areas we face do require some deeper, more intense cleaning).
